Green Canopy

Objective: Removing diseased trees in an eco-friendly way and replanting endemic species.

Description: Green Canopy focuses on forest health by identifying and safely removing diseased or dead trees. This project also involves planting native trees and shrubs to restore forest cover, improve biodiversity, and create resilient ecosystems. Through sustainable practices and community involvement, Green Canopy aims to enhance the natural beauty and ecological stability of our forests.

Areas of Focus:

  • Identifying and Removing Diseased Trees: Conducting regular surveys to identify unhealthy trees and safely removing them to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Replanting Native Species: Planting a diverse range of native trees and shrubs to restore forest cover and support local wildlife.
  • Enhancing Forest Biodiversity: Implementing practices that promote a diverse and resilient ecosystem, including the introduction of various plant species and habitat structures.
